We’re looking for an Adjustments Advisor to join our team in Wolverhampton and support our existing customers when they need to make changes to their motor insurance policies.
At Premium Choice, an FCA-regulated insurance broker, we specialise in motor insurance for a wide range of drivers, including learner and young drivers and customers who may find it more difficult to obtain cover elsewhere.
As part of our Adjustments team, you’ll play an important role in looking after our existing customers, understanding the changes they need to make and helping them find the most appropriate solution while delivering a great customer experience.
What you’ll be doing
Your focus will be on supporting customers throughout the life of their policy and handling policy changes accurately and efficiently.
On a typical day, you’ll be:
- Speaking with existing customers who need to make changes to their insurance policy
- Handling a range of mid-term adjustments, such as changes to vehicles, drivers, addresses and other policy details
- Understanding customers’ circumstances and identifying the most appropriate options available
- Explaining any changes to cover, premiums, fees or policy terms clearly and confidently
- Liaising with our panel of insurers and underwriting team where required
- Handling customer queries and objections effectively
- Ensuring policy information is recorded accurately and in line with company procedures
- Delivering excellent customer service while working towards individual and team performance targets
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, can confidently manage different situations and has strong attention to detail.
You’ll ideally have:
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to build rapport with customers
- Experience in customer service or a similar customer-focused role
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to process information accurately
- Good problem-solving skills and the confidence to explore different options for customers
- The ability to explain insurance information clearly and simply
- A positive and motivated approach to achieving targets
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload
- The ability to work independently as well as being part of a team
Previous experience in motor insurance would be an advantage, but it isn’t essential. All new starters complete a comprehensive company induction with our Learning & Development team, giving you the training, knowledge and tools you need to succeed in your role.
Your working hours
Our full-time working pattern is 37 hours per week, averaged over a two-week rota:
Week 1:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Week 2:
Monday to Friday, 10:30am – 6:00pm
You’ll also work alternate Saturdays from 9:00am – 1:00pm, which can be worked remotely.
Weekday shifts include a 45-minute unpaid break.

We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Wolverhampton and provide support to our existing motor insurance customers throughout the life of their policy.

As part of our Customer Service team, you’ll be an important point of contact for our customers, helping with their queries, providing clear information and making sure they receive a friendly, professional and efficient service.
What you’ll be doing
Your focus will be on understanding what our customers need and helping to resolve their queries as effectively as possible.
On a typical day, you’ll be:
- Speaking with existing customers and helping with a wide range of policy and insurance queries
- Providing clear and accurate information about customers’ policies, cover and documentation
- Taking the time to understand customer queries and working to resolve them at the earliest opportunity
- Handling more challenging conversations calmly and professionally
- Liaising with other teams when additional support is required
- Keeping customer and policy records accurate and up to date
- Ensuring customers are treated fairly and receive appropriate support based on their individual circumstances
- Delivering excellent customer service while working towards individual and team performance targets
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and can remain positive and professional, even when dealing with more complex situations.
You’ll ideally have:
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to speak with a wide range of customers
- Experience in customer service or another customer-focused role
- A patient and helpful approach with good listening skills
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of customer queries
- The ability to explain information clearly and simply
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to record information accurately

As part of our Renewals team, you’ll play an important role in looking after our existing customers, understanding their needs and helping them make informed decisions about their insurance.
What you’ll be doing
Your focus will be on providing a great customer experience while helping us retain as many of our customers as possible.
On a typical day, you’ll be:
- Managing customer renewals and working to maximise retention
- Speaking with customers over the phone and through our digital renewals channels
- Understanding customers’ needs and explaining their insurance options clearly and confidently
- Building rapport and delivering a friendly, professional service
- Handling customer queries, policy changes and objections effectively
- Working towards individual and team performance targets
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people and can combine excellent customer service with a commercial approach.
You’ll ideally have:
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to build rapport with customers
- Experience in customer service, retention or a similar customer-focused role
- The ability to explain information clearly and help customers understand their options
- A positive, motivated approach to achieving targets
