Yes. At the time of purchasing your policy you must tell us about any motoring or non-motoring convictions including pending convictions.
Once you’re insured with us, you’ll need to notify us immediately of any new convictions.

Yes. We protect all personal information you enter online with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. This works with your web browser to protect your data. Your card data is processed by an independent, verified third party which means we never hold your full card details.
For all credit and debit cards we ask for a card security code: the three-digit number on the back of your card. Depending on your card, we may also ask for a secure password (MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa) which gives you extra protection from online fraud.
You can either pay annually and make a full payment by either credit or debit card.
Alternatively, you can spread the cost of your policy by paying in monthly instalments. We have an agreement in place with Close Premium Finance to facilitate your monthly instalment payments.
We will endeavour to get your insurance documents to you as soon as possible. You should however allow for 7 working days for your documentation to arrive.
Once you have received your insurance documents, please take time to read through them to check that all the information is correct and to also send us any further information we may require from you.
