What if my driving licence is out of date or I have lost my driving licence?

If you have lost your driving licence or your details do not match, please go to www.direct.gov.uk and follow the instructions online to arrange a replacement immediately.

The DVLA estimate on their website says that it will take up to 3 weeks to send you the new licence. If you are concerned that you will not be able to send us your licence in the time limit that we have set, please call our Customer Service team on 0330 127 4515.
