What payment options do you offer?

At Premium Choice we understand the needs of the business owner and can offer payment for van insurance either as an annual premium or a monthly direct debit basis.

I’m taking my van or pick-up abroad – am I insured?

Our insurance includes an option for EU cover for a limited period.  However you must advise us if you want to drive in EU countries outside the UK so that we can ensure you have the appropriate insurance.

My No Claims Bonus – will this apply to a second van or pick-up?

A No Claims Bonus applies to one driver and one van or pick-up only.  However, thanks to our relationship with specialist underwriters we can normally offer you a substantial discount on extra vans, provided you are able to provide proof of your NCB.

Is it true that if I leave the keys in my van when it’s unattended, I won’t be insured in the event of theft?


Yes.  You should always lock your van or pick-up, even if only popping into a customer’s premises or going to pay for petrol.

Do you have a minimum age for van insurance?

You must be at least 21 years old to insure your van or pick-up with us.

Can you insure my everyday car on my van policy?

At Premium Choice we can insure almost any vehicle, even if it’s customised or modified.  You will need separate insurance policies for each vehicle but there are significant discounts available for multi-vehicle policies.

How fast can you get me covered?

If you pay by credit or debit card, we can insure you over the phone.  Our van insurance team is ready to help – just call us or we’ll call you back.
